What are we doing to ensure diversity practices are embedded on everything we and create a more equitable organization?
Employee Resource Groups
Our Employee Resource Groups are designed to create community for associates with similar life experience, support new employees, identify opportunities for community engagement and celebrate diversity, equity and inclusion moments throughout the year. We currently operate four employee resource groups (Black Employee Resource Group (BERG), JUNTOS Latin & Hispanic ERG, Pride ERG and the Asian-American Pacific Islander Employee Resource Group) and will continue to add resource groups to meet the needs of our associates.
Culture & Inclusion Council
The Culture & Inclusion Council’s mission is to amplify GoTo Food’s purpose statement, “We feed people and potential,” and incorporate our values through everyday meaningful interactions, leveraging individual uniqueness to bring exceptional diversity of thought which cultivate better ideas, and innovation.
