Shelley Harris

EVP, Chief Operating Officer

Shelley Harris serves as the Chief Operating Officer at GoTo Foods. In this role, Shelley leads the Operations & Brand Management organization, aligning all domestic brands in the GoTo Foods portfolio, overseeing supply chain and operations to support franchises and driving business results. Shelley most recently served as the President of the Restaurant Category, to maximize the power of the portfolio and drive profitability to our franchisees. She led strategic growth and innovation for three iconic restaurant brands—McAlister’s Deli, Moe’s Southwest Grill and Schlotzsky’s.  

Previously, Shelley held the position of Senior Vice President of Operations for the Restaurant Category at GoTo Foods. In her role as SVP of Operations, she oversaw both franchise and company restaurant operations, as well as training programs. Since joining the company in 2016, Shelley has also served as Vice President of Operations for both Cinnabon and McAlister’s Deli. 

A well-respected leader in the business, Shelley is highly regarded for her extensive knowledge and experience in the franchise system and food service sector. She has developed innovative systems and processes to enhance operational performance and support key sales initiatives. Shelley excels at forming high-performance teams, leveraging her leadership, communication and collaboration skills to boost brand value. 

Shelley has more than 25 years of hands-on experience in operations management with well-known foodservice brands like Burger King, Dunkin Donuts, and Baskin-Robbins, where she has served in numerous leadership positions, including roles in training, business development and store operations.
